This is a tribute to Chubby Dog's beginnings.  

We at Chubby Dog purchased an already existing coffee shop and roaster with big dreams to change the way Northeast Connecticut saw coffee.  None of it would be possible if not for the fact that we found a place with owners who were looking to sell their business, but still wanted to ensure the legacy they created carried on.  A legacy of roasting only the highest quality, best tasting coffee that ever was!

We at Chubby Dog Coffee are striving to carry on that philosophy.  Sure, we are learning as we go...which sometimes entails mistakes.  And we also know that a lot of people don't like change.  So we decided to continue to roast and blend this smash hit of a coffee and continuing it to brighten up your life with its smooth body and dark, rustic flavors.
