With floural notes and a slightly sweet chocolate taste, this medium bodied decaf coffee isn't going to be like other decaf's.  Most decaf coffee is decaffinated using harsh chemcials that leave the bean tasting...well awful.  Our beans are different.  These beans are decaffinated using a process called "Swiss Water Processing", that uses NO chemicals, and naturally extracts the caffeine from our beans.  This leaves our beans tasting like they're supposed to...like coffee!
